- We do not have room service but provide towels or linen at guests request. Do not hesitate with any questions. We’re here to help you.

NO SMOKING/VAPING
NO SMOKING/VAPING:
All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed outside as long as you are at least 10 feet from the guest rooms. Please be considerate of other guests.
We reserve the right to charge $250 for noncompliance.
PETS
PETS:
Many people are allergic to dogs. To keep the rooms as clean and comfortable for all, pets are not allowed. While we welcome Service Animals, unfortunately, pets, including emotional support animals, are not permitted at our hotel. Service animals are trained working animals, NOT pets.
The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) defines a service animal as a dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability. Dogs or therapy animals whose function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals according to the ADA, even with a doctor’s note.
We reserve the right to charge $250 for noncompliance.
FISH
FISH:
Please do not clean, process, store or cook fish or crabs in your accommodations. There is a fish cleaning station on our dock for you to utilize. Please cook seafood outside on the barbecue. And bring a cooler to hold your fish to take home! Freezer space is available for storing your catch.
We reserve the right to charge $250 for noncompliance.
DAMAGES
DAMAGES: We reserve the right to charge you for damages beyond normal wear and tear, including cleaning fees. Please let us know if something has broken during your stay or you have noticed something that requires our attention. The management reserves the right to charge the guest’s credit card for damage and items that require replacement after the guest’s check-out.
CANCELLATIONS
CANCELLATIONS: We are quite small with only 11 rooms in total. Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly. We appreciate as much notice as you can give us when your plans change.
- We have a standard 48-hour prior-to-arrival cancellation policy. Please call the hotel directly if you need to change or cancel your reservation. Changes or cancellations made after the cancellation date are subject to penalty.
- All no shows will be charged for the full length of their stay plus tax.
- In the unlikely event you must shorten your stay or check-out early, you are responsible for the financial balance of your entire stay.
- When making a reservation for 4 nights or more and canceled within 5 days, there will be a 1/3 nonrefundable deposit when canceled.
Why is the rooms page showing me no available rooms for my selected date(s)?
Two-night reservations are required on most weekends, with a three-night minimum required for major holiday weekends and during peak season. This may cause our availability calendar to show “No Availability”, even though we might have vacancies. Silly computers! Please call us directly at 503-368-5858.
