Our cancelation policy is:
If you decide to cancel within 24 hours of making the reservation, there is no charge. After 24 hours, and up to 3 day's prior to your arrival there is a $15.00 cancelation fee. Canceling less than 72 hours prior to your arrival the first night is charged. On reservations of 4 nights or more there is a one third non-refundable depost.
All rooms are subject to a two night minimum during holiday weekends.
