We were traveling the coast, intending on staying at a large hotel/resort down the road. We stopped in Wheeler for lunch and asked about lodging in the town and were given the name of your lodge. It was right next door to the restaraunt so we took a look and were pleasently surprised. We had a wonderful, relaxing night. The hospitality was exceptional. Thank you so much!

Loved, loved , loved your hotel. Stayed in unit 9 and it was the greatest. all you amenties are great and just couldn’t get enough of the view from the deck. Your guys are the best and friendlest people in the world.

We have stayed with you the past 3 weekends while working on the coast and we want to thank you for making our home away from home…Just that “Our Home”!
It has been lovely getting to know the both of you and ALL the “lil” extras are much appreciated. I have raved and recommended you to many and we will see you soon.
PS…Breanna has already asked when she gets to go back to the beach and stay in her princess bed and visit with Zorro the cat! Thanks again for making us all feel like family~

I just wanted to say thank you so much for everything that you did to make my rotation at the Rinehart Clinic even better! Very few places have ever taken care of me the way you did! I felt so much less stress knowing that my lodging was well taken care of! Thank again for making it a very enjoyable stay!!!

Each time we stay with you keeps getting better. We have stayed more times now than I can count and we are happily checking off the rooms we have occupied. The Captain’s Quarters more recently on Sept. 11 was fun and we felt like a young couple in our first apartment while there. Our favorite is the Sunset Room with it’s fireplace and bay view all while sitting in a love seat, it is cozy and homey; and we won’t forget the Spa.
The Honeymoon suite may be just that for us someday, we loved it in July. The Glory Suite is roomy too. The best part is you two Pat and Tracy…Thanks again! See you in October.

We were there for our Honeymoon and had the most amazing time. The room was wonderful and it was so relaxing. Exactly what we needed after the busy weeks preceeding it. Thank you so much for everything, we had a wonderful stay. The hospitality was unbelievble and we will definately be coming back!!

It was our second stay at wheeler on the Bay and it is always such an excellant experience, the new owners are so nice and attentive at the bay lodge.
We recommend it to anyone that would like a nice relaxing getaway! I like the fact that you are within afew minutes of Oswald West State Park that has wonderful hiking and beach access, this is one of the reasons we chose this Lodge.

This was our first stay with you at Wheeler on the bay. It was one of the most relaxing lodges we have had the opportunity to stay in. Your accomodations and ammenities were outstanding! We love your town! Sitting on the dock with the view of the Elk on the island was really awesome! We deffinately will be back as soon as possible! Thank you so much!

We just returned from Wheeler Bay Lodge after a three night stay. The owners, Pat and Tracy went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We stayed in the Otter room which was very comfortable with a small deck that had a view of the bay. I would recommend this lodge to anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

Hi Pat and Tracy
We enjoyed our stay so much,to sit on the deck and look at the incredible view literally took my breath away. You completely pampered us and that’s just what we needed. Thank you for all the tips for what to do around there. Kayaking was a great experience, It was so calm and peaceful. For anyone that is reading this, if your trying to decide where to stay this is the place it’s a little piece of heaven on earth!!

Loved our first stay in March. Were heading back May 8-10th for another relaxing weekend. This is quickly becoming our go to desitination to escape the daily grind. Only an hour from our home its a great place to spend a 3 day weekend.

Hi Pat, Hi Tracy!
Just wanted to say, thanks again for your hospitality. This was our best Spring Break yet and we all had a blast! The kids especially enjoyed having their own private area.
Even though we caught a little rain while kayaking, it just turned into a fun family adventure that we’ll be talking about for years to come.
Hope to make it back sometime this summer. If not, perhaps later in the year over the holidays.
